By signing up, each customer agrees to comply with the terms of service listed below.

Account activation
We activate new accounts within 24 hours (Excluding weekend) after we receive your payment

Payment
After ordering your order (online) you can make the payment within 5 days to Mr N Johnson (Phone 9862243618). If payment is not paid within this period you order will be cancel. Once we got your payment we will activate your account with 24hrs (Excluding weekend)

Contact information
Customer agrees to provide correct payment and contact information. The customer is responsible to have a valid e-mail address on file at all times. We will use that e-mail address to contact you about abuse problems, unpaid invoices, suspended accounts and any other issues.

Cancellation
Once order is made and the account is activated, cancellation will not be entertained.

Web Space
If your web space crosses the limit you can upgrade to bigger one on request. You may need to pay of the upgrade.

Domain name
For the first year we provide free domain name, after completion of 1 year client has to pay for the domain name as per market rates.

Domain control panel
The domain name you bought will be manage by us, and in case of changing in the Registered, Billing and Technical Name and Address you have to update us so that we can change the needful.

Domain ownership
As long as you take our service we will manage your domain name but you will be the domain name owner. If you wanted to shift to different web hosting provider we can give you the domain name ownership. You have to complete 1 year with us to be able to transfer to other provider. 1 month prior notice is needed before the site expire for transferring.

Bandwidth
If your account uses more than the allocated bandwidth to it, you can request for bigger one for free.

Eating Resources
If you site is eating more resources then allocated, we have the right to suspend without prior notice. The site can be unsuspended again on request provided the site is  safe and secure.

Website security
We can guarantee that our server is secure, but each client is responsible in their own website, we cannot take guarantee of your website.

Site backup
Though you can make your site backup using cPanel, it is always safe to take backup manually for your own safety. We will not be responsible in any case for any site backup

Pornography
The use of the services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available pornography is totally prohibited. LWH has the right to suspend the account without prior notice to such clients.

Reservation of Rights
LWH reserves the right to refuse or to cancel service to any prospective Subscriber or existing Subscriber for any lawful reason at any time during Subscriber's hosting term with LWH.

Changes to the terms
We may change the terms of service at any time without notification. The customer needs to check this document regularly for changes.
